Back in 2012, Soul Worker's closed beta was slated, with a full release in 2013 in Asia. However, due to unknown reasons, It was delayed and faded into obscurity. It would be two more years when a new trailer for a ''improved'' version of Soul Worker surfaced and closed beta was announced for Q2 of 2014 and a release date was set then for winter 2014; which did happen. Fast forward to 2015, Soul Worker is now in action with its first CBT limited to 999 players. Its first release will be in Japan via NHN PlayArt, and subsequently in other parts of Asia (only China and Korea has been planned for the moment), date of which has yet to be announced.
