i'm trying to use the blue x15
but every time i try to go into the water it just anchors in place
changing modes doesn't seem to fix this
even worse is, changing modes while not touching the water makes it anchored

The F.C.C. had the same issue and get fixed too:

Make sure the download of the update is fully done and please restart the game after it to ensure that everything works as intended!
