All our addons are carefully tested. But sometimes you might still find an issue you can't solve by yourself. Usually this is cased by an addon conflict, by bad usage or indeed a bug.

If you want you can report your issue in Bug Reports of the SW Addons group and we will take care of it. You do not need to join this group to report a bug.

But mind the rules. They will help you to not waste everyone's time. Keep in mind that we can not always reproduce issues, so details are expected to be posted right away or when we ask to.

A report without details will be ignored or deleted.

This is needed:

• Read and understand the ► Rules of Commenting.
  
• Read and understand the ► FAQ & Common Issues article.
  
• Read and understand the ► Troubleshooting guide.
  
• This is free project, so don't expect premium support.
  Keep it civil. Bullshitting and lying is not tolerated.
  
• Post details of your issue right away:
  
  • Post Lua errors if you got one.
    
  • Post game version and branch in your report if you can.
    
  • Post addon name and version in your report if you can.
    
  • Post what is not working. We have no crystal balls.
    
  • Screenshot or videos of the problem will help us to help you. So post them if you can.
    
  • Just saying "Not working, pls fix!!11!1!" without details is an instant block for being an idiot or spam post.
    
  • Provide more details when asked to do so or risk or your post to be ignored/deleted.
    
  • Please don't post demos. Demos are invalid and unusable for debugging. Post videos or screenshots instead.
