The Guidelines
Rules for the group Sini Gaming and Screenshot Service

1. Language

Generally, English should be used as the medium of communication. Under no circumstances should any other language be used unless there is difficulty in communication with a particular member. In such cases, any administrator or member is allowed an informative or useful reply in a language that can be understood by that member.

2. Capital Letters

The usage of capital letters unnecessarily is frowned upon and discouraged. Excessive use of capital letters in any unnecessary way may result in removal from the group under the discretion of the administrators.

3. Flooding

Flooding in any form would result in removal from the group under the discretion of the administrators if it is found irritating and/or annoying to the other members of the group. Members are advised to keep their comments and replies in a single post instead.


4. Profanities

The usage of profanities of any language is prohibited within the group.

1st time offenders are issued a warning by the administrators and the post containing the profanity is to be removed.

Repeated offences over a short period of time would result in all posts with profanities by the offender being deleted and the offender would then either be removed, banned, or permanently banned from the group by the administrators depending on the severity of the offence.

5. Respect

Due respect should be given to all administrators and members alike. Personal attacks, racism, insults in terms of origin, religion and/or gender, sexual orientation and discrimination of any sort WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and may lead to instant removal from the group if found guilty.

6. Group Administrators

We will not add anyone as an administrator unless we have a reason to and by vote of majority should the need arise. Becoming an administrator is a privilege and not a right.

Administrators are to treat all members and fellow admins with respect and keep their personal differences aside. An administrator has the right to warn, discipline, ban/remove users where necessary. It is to be reminded that administrators are not above the policies of this group and will need to conduct themselves in a professional manner.

Administrators who abuse their power will be severely dealt with including immediate removal of the said privilege and may also lead to banishment from the group completely depending on the severity of the offence.

Please note that blocking any or all of the Group Administrators will not prevent us from seeing what you have posted in the group even if we cannot send you messages. We will still be able to see what you say and ban you from the group if necessary.

7. Group Documents

All documents in this group are written by volunteers. Therefore, the hardwork should be appreciated. Please do not copy/paste or use these documents elsewhere without the permission of the authors or administrators.

Creating of new documents are welcomed though we advise that you have the basic knowledge of what you are writing. The administrators have the right to edit/revise the documents as and where needed with notification to the author.

8. Advertising

Do know that the group will only tolerate Steam related issues and nothing else. Members seen posting Non-Steam material will be punished and and dealt with utmost severity. Advertising groups here is also disallowed.

9. Transfer of items an in-game currencies

All item and in-game currency (ref,key,buds) transfers are allowed ONLY IF it is the stated prize to be given away. No begging or asking for such should be permitted. It is up to the generosity of the host whether he/she wants to give away any more than the stated prize. Members who are caught begging will be warned. Repeated offences will result in a temporary/permanent ban depending on the severity of the offence. Members should be warned not to condone just acts and to report them on sighting such posts.

10. Changes to the above

The policies mentioned above will be reviewed from time to time as and when needed.
