Tactical Squad-Based Gaming Community

I realize It's been a while since I have posted any updates or organized operations. Due to unforeseen issues, this summer I was not able to put in the time required to run the clan AND have a real life/job career etc. In addition, constantly organizing and leading tactical operations in a sandbox style game can take the fun out it. I speak for myself and many of the other leaders when I say we simply lost interest. The bugs/hackers within DayZ certainly didn't help either.

I apologize for this lack of support in recent months and regret keeping everyone in the dark. We had truly a great thing going with Shade so I have decided to rebrand and reorganize the clan.

I am happy to announce that I will be rebooting the clan in weeks to come into a casual community style clan. I have several new leaders in place to assist in the process. Moving forward, we are going to be focused on simpler rules and casual squad play.

Priority number one will be expanding into much more than just a DayZ clan, but a strong multi-title community. From the beginning we intended to add more games, more platforms and in weeks to come we will make good on those promises. We already have active squads on Destiny for PS4 and will be adding many more soon. Changes to the site and forums are already underway.

I understand many of you have moved on, and that I understand...but if you are interested in helping out with the clan's re-branding and reboot please message me. I will be cleaning up the roster in about week unless I hear from you.

I am determined to put Shade back on the map and I would love to get some Shade vets involved.
