The 21st Scottish Rifles, is a Napoleonic Wars Regiment, run by active, fair and experianced players/friends.
The group is now very small, but with effort and time, it will grow. Each member in command or a senior NCO role is in that position due to experiance, good nature, skill and understanding.

If i may, would you be leading my good sir? it has just come to my attention that not only should a leader be skillful in battle but must also be educated and sir, I believe you have niether. You spell the most crucial part of your commanding definition wrong. To have EXPERIENCE, means you must have accomplished many things, so if one had done many a thing, they would use the term experience many times, therefore from my deductive power I suggest that you understand what you are getting into. If anything i believe you should allow Sir. Lemon of the parties to lead. He has commandeed many warriors into battle. Most men would follow him to hell and back every day. He is an onest, loyal, well serving man. Who you should allow to take over your commanding duties.
