Contabile Guide:

The Families:

The Salieri Family: Provides for the finances of the organization; creates profit via drug trafficking and other means of business; Tommy Salieri runs the family and directs all family members; work with Valviari Family in sharing intelligence and cooperating in raids.

The Valviari Family: Provides weapons for the organization and concentrates on business deals revolving weapons and explosives; distribute weapons to each member of the organization; work with Salieri Family in sharing intelligence and cooperating in raids.

11. Don't ♥♥♥♥♥ about other member's doings, if it's a problem report it calmly to a boss.
12. Act your age, don't be immature and hump sex dolls in the middle of meetings.
13. Don't get angry at competition since it is encouraged, if your car blows up because another family rigged it don't come ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to your boss.

Sgarrista Guide:

1. Do as you are told by your highers, you may be asked to raid, carjack, mug, or anything. You are trained and prepared for these situations and becoming a sgarrista means you have given your life to the mafia.

2. Follow the rules

3. Don't ♥♥♥♥ up too much, if you do it shows you are weak and you will be taken back into training. Your boss is depending on you, poorly trained soldiers means bad reputation amoung the families, and it makes him a target. So you better have listened in training.

Piciotto Guide:

1. The best way to show your loyalty is to do what you are told without complaints.

2. Don't ask for a promotion, promotions will come in time. Asking for a promotion will just decrease your chances of a promotion.

3. Follow the rules.

4. Listen to your highers. Your orders may come from sgarristas or even the regimes themselves. Do errands for them and they will consider training you for combat.

5. Train: Train for combat in preperation for a promotion.

6. Promotion: You are now a sgarrista, one of the damn few on the server.

Consigliere Guide:

1. Come up with money making ideas.

2. Keep information on what needs to be done and report it to your boss.

3. Follow the rules and don't give bad advice. Bad advice leads to a demotion.

4. Keep track of the mafia's stocks and wares.

5. Watch over the family competition and keep them in line. Street wars are bad for reputation.

Capo Bastone Guide:

1. Do what the Capo Crimini Demands done, pass on your tasks to the lower families so they will do it.
2. Form a circle around you, build up your family with capo regimes and advisors.
3. Get your jobs done, and rely on yourself not others. If you can't turn to others you can trust, do it yourself. That is why you should ONLY promote active members into the upper ranks of your family.
4. Run your family well and enforce rules, take charge and don't be overthrown. If you are proven to be weak, you will be demoted and someone will take your place whether you are good with the capo crimini or not.

Capo Regime Guide:

1. Recruit: Recruit men that seem honest and don't seem nooby or dumb. We only recruit the best of the best and if you recruit some little kid that is oblivious to the world around him we will look bad to other gangs.

2. Have Recruits prove their loyalty: Have Recruits (Piciottos) run alot of errands and grow with you alot, when they gain your trust you can begin to train them.

3. Promote: When a recruit has proven themselves loyal, and you have trained them, and they have met the standard regulation time of duty (3 days) you may recruit them to Sgarrista.

4. Recommend: If the sgarrista has proven themselves to be a good leader, shown their loyalty, and followed the rules well without complaints, you may recommend them to a bastone for a promotion to Capo Regime.

Know that most will NOT reach the status of Capo Regime.
