1910 has won the voting, and it'll be the year we choose to be. As of now, all the investments done before 1910 are completed. As for the wars in Central America - it is finished with stalemate thanks to intervention by the United States approved by Congress with the United States of Central America temporarily forming, under the belief of a renewed Mexican invasion later on.

The Arab Revolt, being crushed is not yet over. Ottoman intervention in the Arab Revolt was more symbolic, and is believed by the world press to have harboured the Arab tribes who have revolted. The Russian Empire has evolved since 1902, and has become a gigantic stable empire with many praising the Tsar for his smart and wise decision for allowing reforms to sweep across the empire. Chernov, being praised for spearheading the reform although some aristocrats condemn the reforms as being too anti-traditional whom still press the Tsar to change his mind.

The situation in Europe grows only more tense, as France is still attempting to recover its prestige over losing Indochina but have so far recovered the Southern portions of Indochina and are still moving up to reclaim Hanoi in a renewed offensive. The war against Vietnam has been going on for almost 11-Years, with France being grid-locked in bitter war in the tough enviroment and many observers quickly learning the horrors of modern warfare due to the experience. The French military has learned modern warfare, especially the faulties of its doctrines due to its poor effect in Indochina leading to its early defeats in 1905, which saw almost 200,000 Frenchmen killed and many thousands more wounded. China however, is on the brink of total collapse as the westernisation seems to cause massive peasant revolts which were recently suppressed by the government but now it is boiling to an internal crisis by anti-western cliques in the empire.

Japan, losing its prestige is labeled by the Russian press as the "Joke of the World". Russia is crying for a renewed war against Japan, to show the world the Russian navy, is the most powerful force on the ocean. Russian Admiral Yevgeni Ivanovich Alekseyev has stated "Our navy will dominate the oceans of Asia as our armies dominate the plains of Europe". In Japan, the situation couldn't get anymore worse, due to the loss of such massive prestige in the Philippines and again to the West, the Military is fed up and is too crying for a war to show its might by force of arms by defeating Russia. A victory against Russia, in the words of Prince Ōyama Iwao: "Will not only show the world we're strong, but capable of bringing down one of its greatest powers." - This sentence is popular among the Japanese military and aristocracy, with war seeming inevitable between the two nations.
