If You Want to Advance in Rank:

ADMINISTRATOR: Play together with people from the moderator group, be prepared to talk a LOT (because we in the administrator group has no life)

MODERATORS: If you want to join you must have a recomendation fom a fellow member in the moderator group (it's really easy)
