The only requirement for admission is to USE a sniper rifle and to actually progress forward and cap flags, also when you see a SEPS(the Society for the Eradication of "supposed" ♥♥♥♥♥ Snipers) member you own them with a sniper rifle!!!!!! We encourage use of the sniper rifle but you dont have to use it all the time.
