Super Turbo / SSF2X speed fix and other games

The goal of this group is to regroup people playing ST on 30th Anniversary with the speed fix to slow down the game (Turbo 0) to its intended speed, due to the emulation speeding up the game too much on default Turbo setting (Turbo 2)

This patch also allow you to play other games online (A2, CE, and more)

Both people must have the patch installed to play together

In case of DLL missing, please install this package of Microsoft Visual Studio : https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

Important note : This is the original group to gather people with the patch installed. It would be helpful for the community if every one stick to this one and not divide into other groups. Every one is welcome !

- feature : jojoban savestate updated with secret characters unlocked

- feature : It is now possible to create a lobby and set the game mode FT1, FT2, FT3 or FT5 for the games "SSF2T" and "SSF2T : New Legacy",
when you create a lobby, focus on SSF2T or NL and through the options (press 'c' on the keyboard) you can change the input lag and there is a "first to win"
option to set the FT to FT1,FT2,FT3 or FT5.

- feature : "SSF2T : New Legacy" patched to include the alternate colors provided by Zazz (https://github.com/zass30/SuperTurboAltColors)

- feature : it's possible to add custom borders for cps2/cps3 games (look at jojoban folder for example)
thanks to "feuras" for the borders images for jojoban !

- bugfix : fix winner victory counts for P1/P2 for vsav, hsf2 and jojoban
- bugfix : arcade mode is now working for every games
- bugfix : training mode could crash in specific cases, it is fixed now
