I decided to close my both Rust servers due to the poor performances that the host offered. I had way too much issues with the main server and I lost my players. The main server ended up to be one of those ghost Rust servers so, I closed the both.

I will open a new one soon.

After months of hard work Keanland is official at its final state.

Keanland is the first custom map I made for Rust. The tools I used are mostly like I what used to use for my prior projects with other games like Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, FarCy 5 and Stranded Deep. I also made lot custom prefabs for this map. The HD version was progressing well and I was pretty excited to be able to show you my work. Then, HDPR knocked to my door... "SURPRISE MOTHER MOTHER ♥♥♥♥♥♥!"...

The HDPR update gave me a very hard time: All rocks, cliffs and vegetation changed messing up the visual design and playability at some parts of the map. For example there was two huge bridges two tunnels at the Western side of the map. This part was so glitched I had to remove those bridges and tunnels. Also Keanland use an above ground train system which was a real pain the ass to make since Keanland doesn't have a flat land. After FacePunch released the HDPR patch the whole train system was broken. I almost gave up and wanted to remove all tracks. Luckily, I'm not the type of guy to give up easily, so I drunk gallons of coffee fixed the mess.

I was about to wrap this map up as done and ready to be released to the public when I decided to make the "Uncharted Valley". I wanted to do this prefab on Stranded Deep but this game and its map editor was way too limited so I made this map called "Vanuatu" which was a cool map but not what I had in mind.

I picked the desert area in the North of the map because there was nothing there beside two boring default monuments. It took me a month to build the valley but it worse it! It's already available on my server but a glitch prevent players to have access. I already fixed this issue but I can't update it with delete player's progression so we will have to wait the final version.

Hello wonderful people! First, I would like to thank you all for your amazing support! It means a lot to me! I saw some of you shared my videos and my work and I appreciate it. You guys rock! Also, welcome to the new members!

June 6th is approaching and I'm still working on my map daily. I only have 4 days to polish up the last map update.

_ I added a new location called "Uncharted Valley" right next to the giant oil tank. The only access to this valley is by an abandoned mine.

_ Somewhere in the cold, there is a the new monument called "Hobo Train". This little monument is a nice place to chill. The easiest way to find this monument is to take a train from Jefferson or any other spot where trains spawn and ride until you reach the waterfall in the cold mountains. Locals says that a rich merchant fell down the waterfall with his loot... Pretty sure it's just a folklore...

_ Two new camps have been added. One close to the big lake and the other one right next to the two frozen lakes in the cold area.

_ A new shack has been added in the desert (Close to the Uncharted Valley).

_ The above ground train tracks have been heavily revamped. I still have issues at some parts. I fixed 23 issues where the trains stalled. Some of them are unfixable so I will have to bypass them to allow players to continue their trip on another train or another path.
