so uhh i know next to nothing about using sfm, can you help me make a poster?

I have a question can someone make a video of how to import a model from deviant art, and it would be awesome if this person could go into good detail on how to import a model correctly

Hey I just started using Source Film Maker and are currently a total noob at it.. I have figured out how to download maps and models and all that though steam, but whenever i start the program I can not find any of them.. I do get this SFM Workshop Download Que and i Hit okey on it.. do i just wait a while before i look up the models and maps or am i doing something wrong... Also afther i hit okey another box appears saying "Workshop File Conlict" do i just do yes for all or no for all?

I ported the models from sfmlab to sfm but now said models are invisble and I'm not sure what i need to do
