Get a Bootcamp partition that allows you to run full Windows OS on your Mac. It's your best bet trust me, rather than whining and waiting for SFM to get ported to OSX that only god knows when. It will get SFM running normally like it should on a PC, but don't expect anything fancy with integrated graphics.

using wine to reinstall steam to use sim still doesn't work... bc I made my self a new user and the internet drivers for wine did not work so I could not install anything...

SFM isn't coming to mac. Buy a PC. I used to be in this group when I only had a MAC. Seriously it's the best thing that will ever happen to you if you're a gamer.

GUYS, If you have a mac and some extra cash on hand do this.
BUY WINDOWS 10 DOWNLOAD KEY - You can usually get them on 2nd hand sites for around $60
Set up bootcamp. After that mkae sure to download steam again and sfm and any games you want to use sfm with!

I actually legitamitaley had a dream last night where SFM was available for Mac.
I still wasn't happy though because in my dream it said it costs 20$ on Mac... Lol.
