HL2 Pred's HUDs updated to 2.0 Beta

HPH Program:
- Changed program name: "HL2DM Pred's HUDs" --> "HL2 Pred's HUDs".
- Improved compatibility for the classic "Half-Life 2" singleplayer games.
- Added compatibility for the "Half-Life 2: Update" and "Half-Life 2: MMOD" games.
- Added compatibility for the "Portal" and "Portal RTX" (GUI Themes only).
- Redesigned UI of most tabs. UI is now simpler and more intuitive.
- Improved compatibility for screen scaling over 100 %.
- Added slots for custom HUD builds and for custom GUI-Theme builds.

Crosshairs:
- Added a lot of new crosshairs including one-pixel thickness crosshairs (130 total now!).
- A single crosshair now consists of a composition of 4 separate crosshairs. You can customize each.
- In multi-crosshairs mode, each weapon crosshair effects can be customized separately. But they will have the same color.
- You can now adjust the font size for all crosshairs separately.
- Added "Transparency" and "Scanlines" effects to the crosshair settings.
- For single crosshair added "Outline Antialiasing" setting.
- Added Hit-Markers settings (MMOD only).
- Added a few presets for crosshairs and Hit-Markers.

HUD Builder:
- Added 2 new HUD presets: "Default-White" and "Default-Combine".

All HUDs:
- Lots of small improvements for 4K resolution.

HPH Program:
- Lots of code refactoring for future updates.
- Improved rendering of HUD previews. The proportions of the elements now exactly match the selected layout.

HUD Builder:
- Added 3 new centered HUD layouts: "Centered", "Centered: Power under Health" and "Boreal Alyph: Centered".
- Some HUD presets have been adjusted.
- The HUD preset "PunkFromCity17" has been redesigned.
- Added a preview of the EP2 Flashlight widget (available only in singleplayer games).
- Added power style and panel color settings for the EP2 Flashlight.
- Added the ability to install an animated Suit Power panel with text labels.
- Added the ability to install a long Suit Power panel for some layouts (it can also be animated).
- Added the ability to swap the Health panel and Armor panel for all HUD layouts.

All HUDs:
- Fixed cropping from the bottom of some health and armor icons for screen resolutions below 2K.
- Fixed incorrect ammo icons position for some HUD layouts for non-16:9 aspect ratio.
- Fixed font bugs that caused some ammo icons to change their position after using the "hud_reloadscheme" command.
