Yes Science, Silence will go out of his way to send you a steam message when the server has a population count of over 20! Don't worry.

I don't really know of any other large Fallout-themed maps with as many actual locations from the games as csdesert. It has Vault 15, Shady Sands, Mariposa Military Base, and Navarro. It's not the prettiest by today's standards, but it works wonders for Fallout DarkRP.
