Yes i do understand every single one of those rules and i will not break any of those rules.

I would talk to them nice and try to make them understand the rules of the server and try to solve the problem. first before kick i would give them a warning.

- Do you understand admins should ALWAYS act friendly towards other players, obviously they can raid as they are normal players but with administrator tools/perks?:

Yes i udnerstand that u always should be friendly but (never) use Admin tools for breaking another house to raid

If someone spammed like a net.connect ip a sevrer adress or something like that i wuld give them 1-2 warnings if they don't listen to that i would kick them once. Then i would give them 1 last warning about ban if they joined again and spammed more i would ban the player :)

Well if someone was hacking i would make myself invisible and teleport to them maybe use godmode if needed and i would spectate the player if he used hack or not also ask the sserver players if he was hacking or not but if many of them said yes i would still look at the player who was blamed for hack

Yes as you saw my name is Johannes and i like to play computer games on my free time.
Im playing rust about 5-7 hours per day maybe more xD. So im very active right now i play on your awsome server its really great :).

I don't know every admin command but im would like to learn them if i become admin on this sevrer :).

I could also work as a Mod if needed or Admin.

- Do you understand admins should ALWAYS act friendly towards other players, obviously they can raid as they are normal players but with administrator tools/perks?:No they can not raid with the admins tools so i would have too talk too them and ask them how they got it and take them off the person if its an donor they will be punished and i will contact an owner.

I would tell the owner what i am going too do then ban them or even get them vac banned for using hacks on a vac protected server also i would show an owner the evedence so i have proof what i am doing is correct and i am not doing it wrong.
