Server Updated & Server News

Today I've updated the server with the following plugins that will help us with server management and the players.

Plugin: Country Filter
Description: Due to all Russians that just joined and breaks every rule we have, I had to simply block RU (Russia) from joining our server. It had to be done, since it really went on our nerves. Read below for some news about it.

Plugin: Carrier Skip
Description: If someone turns the Carrier (Whitey) and leaves after a few sec after, they get banned. The only way to get banned is to disconnect (Disconnected by user), and they will be banned for 5hrs.

Plugin: Admin Watch
Description: Easier for me to check if an admin (staff) is actually playing on the server. If not, they will simply get demoted. Easier said than done. You can access the online watch page here: http://sc.site.nfoservers.com/watch/

Plugin: Infection Protection
Description: If someone gets infected, the normal zombies will get a notice if they are attacking someone that is infected, but the whitey will not get a notice.

You need to write your SteamID to me trough PM on the forums or here. Since we really don't appreciate people who just want to break the rules and/or flame at us if we tell them to read the rules. I'm sorry if this had to happen.

People from Unknown Countries can no longer join our server, you have to specify your country at your steam profile. This is to stop people who is using proxies and/or going around blocked countries.

If people want me to remove this RU block, then please do tell. If alot of amount of people want this to be blocking (or lives in RU) to be removed, I will disable it. But if this issue comes back in the future, it will no longer be optional to remove it, then it will be permanent.
