General

-Improved collisions online against higher ping players.

Stats

Rebalanced Acceleration:
  • Bonus per stat point increased by 45% across the board (Acceleration 1 unchanged)
  • Slowdown from being hit by projectiles and hazards is now decreased more per point of Acceleration
  • Level 6 Acceleration has a 1 second immunity upon being hit twice in a one second period.

-Potential fix to Level 1 Boost not giving max top speed in some instances

Modes

-AI will no longer spawn in Race, Battle Race and Boost Race mode in Custom Games
-Entering a Time Attack game will now cause the game to crash. This is intentional.
-Entering a Grand Prix game will now cause the game to crash. This is intentional.


Tracks

NOTE: I know the added Super Pickups look weird, I'll be fixing that in a future version.

Ocean View:
-Replaced Boost x 3 Super Pickup with Blowfish x 3
-Removed the fish in Lap 3. Fish_Goes_Dead

Samba Studios:
-Removed Super Glove pickup.
-Removed the first set of weapon pickups.

Seasonal Shrines:
-Removed several sets of weapon pickups in order to reduce pickup density.
-Added a Drone x 2 Super Pickup at the right most path during the first set of stairs. You know, the path you never normally go.

Graffiti City:
-Removed several sets of weapon pickups along the Building Jump portion.
-Changed Boost x 3 Super Pickup to Firework x 3 .
-Added Boost x 2 Super Pickup to the lower-most route for the final building.

Graveyard Gig:
-Removed Boost x 3 Super Pickup

Shibuya Downtown:
-Drone x 3 Super Pickup is now Drone x 2

Roulette Road:
-Removed the Boost x 3 Super Pickup


Weapons:

Slowdowns:
-Slowdown when hit by an All-Star attack has been reduced.
-Slowdown when hit by Ice reduced. "Freeze" will slow down the original amount.
-Slowdown when hit by Firework reduced.


Drone (Front):
Car:
-Reload Speed (time between shots) increased from 1 to 2.5 seconds.
-Increased Drone handling slightly
-Match Speed mod increased from 1.1x to 1.25x target speed
-Match Speed minimum value increased from 50 to 60
-Boost Escape distance increased from 7 to 9 (easier)
-Deceleration of drone to match the target's speed is now much faster, making it more snappy chasing around corners.
-Increased Drone's Lock on break out of FoV time
-Increased range at which Drone slows down when near target

Boat:
-Reload Speed (time between shots) increased from 1 to 2.5 seconds.
-Match Speed mod increased from 1.1x to 1.3x target speed
-Boost Escape distance increased from 7 to 9 (easier)
-Deceleration of drone to match the target's speed is now much faster, making it more snappy chasing around corners.
-Increased range at which Drone slows down when near target

Plane:

-Boost Escape distance increased from 7 to 9 (easier)


Drone (Rear):
-Max Speed reduced from 100 to 75
-Reload time increased from 1 to 3 seconds.


Swarm:
-Swarms now spawn much faster.
-Swarms now spawn closer to first place.
-Swarms now despawn a lot faster except for Plane.

Car:
-Duration decreased from 9 to 5.5 seconds.

Boat:
-Duration decreased from 9 to 5.5 seconds.
-Bee model scale increased from 1.1 to 1.4

Plane:
-Max bees per row increased from 2 to 4
-Scale increased from 1.5 to 1.8


Hot Rod:
-Duration increased by 1 sec for all but the final step (Boost1,Boost2, beep time). This makes the total duration of Hot Rod 1 second longer.
-Increased Boost Levels per step granted to 2,3,4 from 1,2,3
-Hit Radius decreased by 20%

Boost:

-Boost x2 and Boost x3 will now only grant you 1 boost, down from 2 or 3.
-Boost item now only gives you a level 3 boost, down from level 4.

Ice Cannon:
Car:
-Projectile speed decreased from 660 to 400
-Increased range of projectile
-Reload time increased from 0 to 0.7
-Increased speed from Car shot when it passes a Transform circle to 550

Boat:
-Reload time increased from 0 to 0.7

Plane:
-Hit radius increased from 1.05 to 1.55
-Speed increased from 660 to 990
-Reload time increased from 0 to 0.7

Ice Cannon (Rear):

Changed weapon to function similarly to a slow moving mine:
-Duration increased to 9.5 seconds, from 5.5
-Speed decreased to 40, from 300
-Scale increasd to 1.4, from 1.2

Firework:
Car:
-Projectile start speed decreased from 150 to 110
-Projectile max speed decreased from 300 to 145
-Max bounces decreased from 6 to 4
-Reload delay increased to 1 second from 0

Boat:
-Projectile start speed decreased from 150 to 120
-Projectile max speed decreased from 300 to 260
-Hit Radius increased to 0.9 from 0.7
-Max bounces decreased from 6 to 4
-Reload delay increased to 1 second from 0

Plane:
-Scale increased from 3.5 to 4.5
-Max Speed increased to 450 from 260


Super Glove:
-Reduced time from 16 to 13
-Will now only block 3 times before expiring

Slot Machine Changes:
-Removed chance to get offensive items of all types
-Removed Auto-Boost bonus chance
-Removed Twister Shield bonus chance
-Removed Glove x3, Boost x3 bonuses
-Removed SuperGlove bonus chance
-Removed Stunt Nitro+ bonus chance
-Remaining bonuses have equal chances now
-Increased chance to win


Race Icon Markers:
-Race markers (the things on the UI that show player name and weapon) will appear faster. 1 second after start of race, down from 3
-Max markers to display at once increased to 3, from 2
-Marker display range increased to 300, from 200


All Stars:
-Global All-Star speed bonus decreased by 10%

Ralph:
-Increased speed multiplier from 1.08 to 1.10
-Weapon cooldown reduced to 3 from 4
-Radius reduced to 10 from 12

General Winter:
-Weapon cooldown reduced to 3 from 4
-Radius reduced to 10 from 12

Vyse:
-Increased speed multiplier from 1.07 to 1.10
-Weapon cooldown increased to 3 from 2

Ulala:
-Increased speed multiplier from 1.04 to 1.05
-Mines deployed per shot decreased to 2, from 3
-Delay between each mine increased to 0.5 seconds from 0.2 seconds

Team Fortress:

-Tails' All-Star attack should now refocus on his current vector while firing a salvo, fixing firing around corners.
