After literally 3 hours of me trying to figure out the Flags plugin aswell as the Chat Handler plugin, I was able to pull through and allow us to have 5 diferent chat colors with diferent ranks!

Ex: [Owner] Envro: pink chat
Ex: [Admin] SlyDeath222: red chat
Ex: [Mod] Noopy: blue chat
Ex: [T-Mod] Scrublord: green chat
Ex: [Donor] Moneybags: yellow chat
