actually braindead admins , how do you perm ban someone for cheating who is not cheating , close ticket without giving me a chance to respond , and have some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ AI Control the tickets instead of a real person , if any of you had a brain you would be dangerous

banned me for "cheating" after I bought VIP and denied my appeal, not an ounce of proof as it is impossible to catch someone cheating that is not cheating, thought it was a good server, guess I thought wrong.

got falsely permabanned for "cheating", appealed in discord then it got denied, didn't allow me to know what they found to come to that decision cuz they ip banned me from the discord. have over 5k hours and have owned the game since 2020. No other way to get unbanned now :(

dude how do i get unbanned they banned me from the discord for trying to appeal but i got banned for no reason at all and they said i was cheating
