This group was formed by Rec. Air and all of the people who liked the old CS:S! We believe that the old CS:S was a perfectly good game, and being the #1 multiplayer of all time did NOT need any modifications by valve/steam! We believe that the TF2-Styled engine practically ruined the game for most players. We believe that these things ruined the updated game:
-Worse Graphics
-Made Us Lag More
-No Scripts?!
-We Lose Many Of The Old Servers We Played On
-Lost game mods like Minigames and Jailbreak
-Ugly Tf2-like tab
-Lowered max Tick Rate to 66?!
-Makes Your Game Crash Often?!
ETC!
We believe that many features made CS:S as popular as it is, and ruining that is making players angry and many are deciding to stop playing CS:S! This was true as of when this group was puplished, here it is:
Counter-Strike: Condition Zero (A highly unpopular game) had 20,000 people playing, and Counter-Strike: Source, the most popular multiplayer game of all time, had only 17,000! And why is this? The update has turned players from all over the world away from Counter-Strike: Source.

Our message is that we would like, at the very least, an option to buy the OLD Counter-Strike: Source, seperately from the updated version. This is a good idea because Mac players and PC gamers alike that like the updated game can play with eachother, and the gamers who liked the old version of Counter-Strike: Source can play it seperately from the updated version! Please consider our request, because we want to play the original #1 multiplayer online game of all time!
