1 - Spans will be punished as a permanent ban.
2 - A nation can declare war once a week, except in self defense.
3 - Rebels can not be ignored.
4 - Murders are not allowed.
5 - In case of war, the enemy has 34 hours to fight.
6 - Any noob attitude will be punished.
7 - Take the enemy nation's capital does not generate automatic victory.
8 - The Tier Year changes twice per year(On Day 1 June and On Day 1 September)
9 - If many nations are conquered, the tier will be rotated and the map will change.
