Download link?
go to moddb.com select games or mods (Not sure right now) then search for supreme commander 2 then you will have the game page for you and it will show you the mods for supreme commander 2 and then you can select the revamp mod page and you will fnd a download of the mod but beware you need the mod manager thats on the download page.
There also is a different mod manager wich you can use but i cant remember its name right now but there should be a link to it on the moddb page ...

You need to install the mod manager first with wich you can select the mod and start up the game ( you do need to installl the mod certainly )

im sorry if this comes over a bit confusing but im a bit intoxitated and haven't installed the mod in a long time but with this you'd should be able to install the mod
