I cant say whats happening really the mod manager is a pretty simple tool, and it should work as long as the exe is selected in steamapps.

Double check your gamedata folder to see if you have any left behind files.

Try using the overlay CTRL+R it mite show you wants draining your energy :) .

If I click on tech 5 to see what's available...will that reset any progress if I'm building a tech 4 experimental?

You've probably tried it by now, but yes. At least, every time I do it, it gets reset.

Yeah i have added in a safeguard for the next release to stop the order dropping, the buttons will just not function when you have more than 1 unit queue, seeing there not a problem disabling units if the queue unit is being built, i hope this helps people.

Please read the FAQ it will explain why i programmed it like this. i will be adding some think to stop switching when a unit is building to stop people killing there build orders.

If there are desyncs its has nothing to do with me, that would be albino all i did was reupload his last release to support the new mod manager nothing more.
