Yes. I think I might have found out what the issue was, but I need to test some more.
For some reason there is a checkmark on the right side of the home screen that toggles whether to use DLC units in skirmish that doesn't toggle on by default.

After some digging I finally managed to get the mod loaded. But I seem to be stuck on Tier 1, I have no icon for changing Tier levels and Ctrl+X doesn't do anything. The research trees do not show any indication of tier research.

Is there a basic "How to use" section I can't seem to find? I know the mod is loading as the AI for a skirmish game shows the AI as from this mod and the loading screens also reflect this.

Guidance would be very helpful! I recently played Planetary Annihilation and was very disappointed so I'm back to SupCom!
