In-Game RVE Menu

Hello, I've been playing RVE for a few years now and just saw a video posted on ModDB by the creator regarding gifting units. In the video, they opened a menu that seemingly allowed them to spawn units. I don't know if it allowed spawning units for any team, but they were demonstrating gifting units and used this menu to make the process easier for sake of tutorial haste. Anyway, is there a way to access that menu in 2.0? If so, what is the hotkeys for it?

Yes both the spawn menu and gift menu are in RVE 2.0, the cheat mean as they call it only works in skirmish, the gift menu should be at the bottom when you select a unit I can't remember what units have them maybe only engineers.

I've gifted units before when I skirmish with my friends. It works with more than just engineers. It works with buildings and everything. At least in my experience it does. So then how do I access the "cheat menu"? I couldn't figure it out.

cheat menu was something like alt+ F3 or F4 sorry been years so tend to forget things.

I get that, so if you're unsure, I understand. So what if it doesn't work? Is there a place I can look in the files to figure it out?

look in the keybinds in the game it should be listed there anyways.

Ok, I figured it out. the GeForce Experience Overlay conflicts with the hotkeys because GE has similar hotkeys. So one last question then, I got the menu to appear, but it's up in the top left of my screen and kind of hidden behind the economy HUD. Is there a way to drag the screen somewhere else so I can have it placed more comfortably?
