A Naval based BR game with monsters and RPG elements. It's a very underrated game and I'd love to see more players roll in.

It does look pretty fun. ^_^ I'll have to watch and see if it goes on sale low enough for me to afford it so I can try it out. ^_^

A good feature is if you don't find a game quick, it will auto fill with bots and you can still level up. The bots have average difficulty but they've caught me off guard a few times.

But yeah the game is entertaining to say the least :]

I saw that it had that feature. :D That was one of it's selling points for me. ^w^

Maybe you could be the person in charge of this game and see about making some events for it. :D Sometimes people will play that won't talk. ^_^

Just this time you had too much confidence in me and it actually took me ages to see this thread and reply. lol Sorry for that!

But yes @OP actually I would go ahead now and promote you so that you can get access to this group's event system. At best make an event as soon as you read this, to see how it goes. I recommend doing a warmup event in advance so that people can download the game just in time before your actual event comes up. Meet in our group chat and/or on this group's discord channel. You can add me also or meet me there if you have further questions. Good luck and I hope you can create a few successful events! :)

Thanks, when I made this post Maelstrom had a price tag but now it's free to play which brought a few individuals in. At the time of this comment there's about 45 players. But when it starts looking pretty low I'll for sure try to start something. Thanks again! :)

It's nice to hear that going free2play provided some more players to the game, but still feel free to do events for this game eventually....especially since it's free I think it would be cool to notify people about its existance and invite them to play together with you. Do a normal event with warmup beforehand so that people can download the game and then join into your main event later on! Good luck! :)

Hey guys it's been some years since I last used this group and this thread in particular. I found Maelstrom in my library and checked steamcharts to find a pitiful "0 player" in the past 4 hours...

Anyone interesting in breathing some life into this game once again? I can do an event no issue!
