I couldn't find the costume passes / season passes on Steam, I don't know this game, but these ones that are tagged for removal I did find:

Just to close the loop, the season passes mentioned each include one of the licensed costume sets, so they will be removed because of that. However, only the licensed sets are being removed from sale entirely. For example, season pass 3 has a bunch of other dlc that won't be removed, they just can't sell that season pass because it includes the tatsunoko set. So really, we just need to buy the tagged sets. Tatsunoko first because it's leaving June 30th, the rest are leaving July 31st.

And the reason is far from unknown, the game is practically "Copyright Infringement" incarnate, they ripped off not only music but even the commentator from the original Blizzard game "Rock n Roll Racing"
