Basically my account got hijacked and as they could not steal my items they got my account VAC banned. they used an exploit to install a virus (no im not dumb enough to download files from people)

he could access my account without needing authentication but he could not trade my items.

My screenshots show a picture of him getting it VAC'd and he littered my profile with PWND, steam has replied saying its my fault even though its not my fault they could just bypass the system
