Remember mate- new patch = new changes. Admins/map makers need time to repair maps. I dont like when ppl VOTE INF MAPS. But this is problem with map which people can vote. Admins need put only more panzer maps.

Let me also tell u we r , at every RP game session we play, thankfull for all that huge work u all
did for this mod : the truth is : u deserve far more to earn money with it than 75% "early access"
"devs" who are, for a big majority of them, just trying to grab as much money as possible in players pockets , before they run with it, leaving game unfinished, or before Steam removes their scam...errrrrr "game" !

Do you think the DH team (Theel?) may have done this on purpose? They always seemed to have had it out for RP for whatever reason...even deleting threads on the main DH forum.

Who knows, the thread alteration was real enough tho, but one thing is for sure the upgrade process and legacy support was very badly done but all is not lost all the little files and changes they made to the game packages could be fixed up in the next upgrade and then all those maps could work again.

It would be so easy to do.

The dummest thing they did was deletie some of the vegetation and building textures. Now on old maps you see white cheese and blue walls where textures should have been than are now gone. You can see this on the Wacht am Rhein map at the moment which they released with the upgrade.

That sort of thing is commercial suicide.

I was fnding the the game was stuffed anyway, one could spend hours working on a map, load it on the server and not be able to enter it, to be only be able to see a black screen and the problem persists.

The Lambert map is back up and running, just have to fix the other 100 or so. lol. What a waste.

If you want a really good first person tanking experience play Iron Front 44.

Well, hopefully everything works out. I love RP and would love to continue playing there while shooting the shit the guys.

It is an online desert however the AI is excellent and does not chat back or insult you or talk about the football.

RealPanzer has moved back to Red Orchestra DH version 5.1!

We have moved the server back to the more stable RO environment where the mod can be played in all its glory in Darkest Hour 5.1 format.

Darkest Hour has been cruelly crippled by the recent changes to the point where years of community content no longer works. So we have voted with our feet and bugged out.

If only the Fuehrer knew!
