Fixed bug where changemap would default to old version of piranesi

New Levitation Gravity = {1.0, 0.85, 0.7, 0.6, 0.5} (Same as undead scourge)
New Tribunal Decay amount ={0.0,2.0,3.0,4.0,5.0}

Spy //
No longer a WIP race.
New Disarm Range ={0.0,100.0,200.0,300.0,400.0} (half the previous amounts at all levels)
Disarm now only drops their equipted weapon (as a pose to both previously)
Fixed camoufalge ability crashing server on level up.

Lurker//
Fixed the bug allowing buy weapons
Adjusted health bug, now you lose health for invisibility
Fixed bug where lost health would remain on changerace

Gambling Man //
Fixed bug with some weapons not dropping on round start.
