I spammed my code EZMONEY a lot and i famed about 280 coins with it, but now i wanted to withdraw them, and they are gone!?

Dude :D Im not new to the Internet, reload page, relog usw is the first thing i try before i open a thread :D

Did someone have the same problem? I got my 500 free coins from promocode and everything worked fine, but when i wanted to open the "Coins Pack" it said: "An error occured". Now i got a 0 Balance but had no spins. Help pls? :)
