TF2 raffel of hats, wepons, items, and stranges

This group was created by Russal24 and ArrowTHK we are not scammers, we really hate scammers, we just wanted to start a good raffle for Team fortress 2 users. Raffles are controlled by making an offer with ArrowTHK (This may sound quite funny but ArrowTHK will actually put all of the users names who entered the contest in one of his real fancy hats and shake it alot,and some more and will draw one luck winner.)

The goals are
100 members- the first
250 members-key raffles
500 members-free hat fridays(2 winers)
1000 members-3 keys give away once a month
5000 members-unusual hats
100000-50 hat give away
