   A system has been erected of both a Second in Command and Third in Command, who will act in Iza's absence, or in situations that require immediate action.
   Iza can however overrule the two.

3. 3rd Foot's Current Situation
   3rd Foot will merge with 5th LC, and will scrape together what they can, so they can play to the best of their abilities. Major Iza will take command of the combined forces till a leader has been selected.
   
   The new 3rd Foot Company will have a clean slate.

1. Deleting the Staff Group on Steam in favour of Teamspeak
   It's been suggested that we delete the Steam Group Staff Group, in favour of having meeting information, and future minutes on Teamspeak.

   • The Major's Role
     How will the Major lead the regiment in terms of administration, leadership and management of the regiment as a whole?
     The companies should handle their matters themselves as much as possible and the staff should only intervene in cooperation with company leaders.

   The cavalry will merge with the 3rd Foot after talking with the members of the cavalry and they will play both line and cavalry

The following Points of Interest have been Concluded

1. Monday - Wednesday Event Switch
   If an appropriate linebattle is found, the two events will be switched around.
   
   
2. 3rd Foots Current Situation
   If the 5th Cavalry accepts, 3rd Foot and 5th Cavalry will merge together to reinforce 3rd Foot
   At descretion of Sergeant Luuker, 3rd Foots will also seek out competitive events to participate in.
   
   
3. Soft Medal Reform
   The SMR will be undertaken by Sergeant Luuker and Sergent Frandsen to lessen the number of useless Medals / Ribbons
   
   
4. In-Game Server Renewal
   It's been decided that we will extend the in-game server till next month, afterwards we will establish a new server. This is due to security issues.
   
   
5. Sergent Frandsen re-elected as Chairman
   Sergent Frandsen steps up once more to take on the Chairman position for future meetings.
