I received a reply and a refund for my founders copy

Maybe try emailing them again? Make sure you give them the correct Steam name as well, so not your Snowypaws name, but the name you use to login to steam when it boots up.

I posted my discussion with steam on that other post if you need some evidence. It details my entire experience. I hope you guys are successful.

Here is my email. I got what I expected. A whole lot of nothing. I am rather disappointed that after spending hundreds of dollars on steam and hundreds more in TF and dota that basically they don't care. I guess ill reconsider steam purchases in the future.
