Steam its self is not really as much at fault. Granted they are the ones allowing codehatch to remain and steal more cash for a incomplete peice of softwear.

That aside by the rules of the steam refund policy we can't get a refund through them. Or at least I know I can't. Have the shame of owning the game for a bit too long to qualify. I gave the game a try, really did. But eventually came to grasp how bad it was.

Sadly with out steam forcing Codehatch, and the devs far too.... full of bull**** to be decent, we'll need to find some otherway to get our money back.

But telling steam to take the game down that we can do. Just not so much refunds through steam that I know of.

The policy states you can still ask for one and they'll review it.

I thought it said after so long its not reviewed..... but ok.

Here is my email. I got what I expected. A whole lot of nothing. I am rather disappointed that after spending hundreds of dollars on steam and hundreds more in TF and dota that basically they don't care. I guess ill reconsider steam purchases in the future.

Their response shows, they dont care... I reported the starforge game and I am sure a lot did, but nothing happened.. RoK is making to much money for steam to attack Codehatch I think :(
