YOU CAN STILL GET A REFUND, READ THIS!
I found an ancient Reddit thread with a few users mentioning they got refunds for SF directly through CodeHatch. If you e-mail sworin@codehatch.com and complain, they will give you a schpeel about how Steam handles refunds, HOWEVER they will (at least they did for me) offer to send you $20 through PayPal as a personal refund. It took them about 4 days to get to my email, so you may have to wait a bit.

The only things they ask for are your PayPal email to send the funds to, and your Steam account name, so they can look it up and see if you own the game. I received $20 from them today, 4 days after the initial email. To be entirely honest, I only spent $15 on the DD Edition, since it was on sale, and they still sent me $20. If you don't believe me I will include a screenshot:

Well, they emailed back saying what they said in your email (Lelouch). I emailed them my receipt, steam name, and PayPal Email. Now lets see how long it takes for them to reply.

It took about a day and they just sent the money to my PP they didnt email me again

Still nothing. I'm wondering if I did something wrong. I sent a screenshot of the receipt and attached it to the email. The email also contained my steam name and PayPal email. Hoping I didn't mess anything up.
