After finding this page about a month or so ago I began sending emails to the company, I'd wait 2 weeks then send the emai again, this went on for awhile and just today got a response after setting up an automated system to email them daily :)

I purchased Starforge (19.99) about 2 and a half to 3 years ago after seeing videos are hearing the amazing promised made about the game. It sounded like a perfect game but upon playing it for the first time was met with disappointment... I shrugged this off though since it was just a early access game and waited about 8 months to a year before I played it again. It still wasn't what I expected; I felt cheated but shrugged it off again because I couldn't do anything about it... After another year or so I played it again, more was added but it was extremely laggy even on my desktop which surpassed the minimum requirements, I yet again uninstalled the game and felt defeated. When Steam introduced it's refund policy I saw a light at the end of the tunnel; I requested a refund but was denied due to the fact I had owned it for so long. I gave up hope until today I saw it in my library and went out to see if anyone had luck with getting a refund. I found a group of about 300 people who said they found success by emailing CodeHatch directly.

I hope you are able to refund me the money I spent on this game since valve was unable to do that for me.

Make any changes to the body if you need to and include a screenshot of the receipt just because it might help.
If you want get the plugin Boomarang for your respective browser so you can set up an automated email to be sent out once a week or daily if they continue to ignore your requests.
