select "level select & play DLC" use the upper level selection bar to find the dlc-name, and then choose the level you wanna play.

Actually the soundtrack is in Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Quantum Conundrum\QC_soundtrack. You might have to reinstall though.
