Ladies and gentlemen… boys and girls… pinball lovers of all ages!!! It is time to announce our third group contest!!!

On Saturday January the 18th at 2:00pm Est we will be holding a double elimination pinball tournament using Pinball FX 2’s free to play table “Sorcerer’s Lair.” http://store.steampowered.com/app/226980/?snr=1_7_15__13 Unfortunately, Pinball FX 2 does not support multiplayer matches online, so we will have to get a little creative with how we run this tournament.

How it will work!

Anyone who wants to enter the tournament must post in this thread with a request before 1:00pm EST, and enter the group chat before 2:00pm EST. We will then place each participant into a double elimination tournament bracket. All players will then play one round of pinball. After your round has finished you will need to take a screenshot of your score and post a link to it in the group chat. We will then fill the scores into the tournament bracket and announce the winners of the first round. Winners from the first round will be placed on the right side of the bracket. Losers will move to the left side of the bracket. Both brackets continue to play until there are only two players left. This is a double elimination tournament, so the winner of the losing side must defeat the winner of the winning side twice to claim victory. Rules:

1) Members who want to enter the pinball tournament must post their request in this thread before 1:00pm EST on Saturday the 18th.

2) Members who have requested entry in the tournament must be in the group chat no later than 2:00pm EST or they will be automatically disqualified.

3) If there is an odd number of entries, we will use Random.org to pick the bye. The player who is chosen for the bye will automatically move to the second round.

4) Players who are unable to post screenshot evidence of their scores will be automatically disqualified.

5) We are going to use group chat to track the progress of the tournament and announce winners. Please refrain from using the chat for any other purposes during this time.

Prize:

The winner of the pinball tournament will receive a $25.00 gift code to the Apple iTunes Store.
