FAQ

Q: !radio isn't working - I can tune in, but can't hear anything!
A: Go to settings/multiplayer -> advanced and uncheck "Disable HTML MOTD's" and check that you got "Flash for other browsers" installed on your pc ( Flash[get.adobe.com])

Q: Radio is too loud, any way to lower the volume?
A: Atm there's only one way: lowering your overall sound, or CSS volume. Sry about that, but the webkit doesn't support sliders.

Q: What are the right rates for this server?
A: There's a nice Tutorial linked on the right -> and a short guide ingame by typing !rules

Q: What are the available Commands on the server?
A: While playing use !rules in chat, or follow the link on the right ->

Q: Who are the Admins on the Server?
A: Everyone with a higher rank than "Member" in this group.

Q: I got banned, where can I ask for an unban?
A: Discussions -> "Unban me Please!". 1 Thread per person pls, also try to explain what happened!

Ok,

I doubt anyone will pay attention, anyway recent changes done so far:


  • Added 4 new Radio Stations (1 Rock, 4 Misc)
  • Subi elected to admin
  • Chatcolors are working now (well 99% of the time)
  • Pseudo volume option
  • More Specific Information below...


4 New Radio Stations:
Rock
- Skafari Ska Radio - Ska
Misc
- Klassik Movies - Classical Movie soundtracks/music
- Klassik.com - Classic music
- Bayern 1 - Ger Radio from Bavaria

Chatcolors:
everyone in the Group will have a Tag [Pirate] in front of his/her name + colored chat messages.
those changes won't be displayed the first 5 seconds after a roundstart + some minor bugs when it disappears temporarily

Pseudo Volume option:
type in !volume (sometimes twice :( ) a window will pop up and a radio (just a random one will start.
To change the volume follow this steps (it's saved for every other channel)
1. spot the volume icon on the right
2. hover with your mouse over it, until the slider is displayed
3. put your cursor left to the blue dot and hold it. slide up or down to change volume.

So far I got no other way of doing so, but for now it's at least a way to change the volume.

Ok,
The server is running for 3 days now and like 95% is working fine already.

Except for a basic "Anti-WTJ" Plugin we're only missing 1 thing!

PLAYERS!

So PLEASE invite any friends you got and who are interested in playing on a public Server.

Personally I'd love to have a decent Public Server again! And it's sad to see that there are 16 players on Hell most of the time (which is a letdown on it's own.. soccer is 6v6.) and others, decent or old players keep playing on Forlix.

I don't expect anyone to advertise for our server, but just think about it for a second, if you really can't spare a minute to tell your friends about the server

so we got a decent Public Soccer Server we all can enjoy!


PS: i don't want to blame Hell or Forlix, but we all know what's wrong with them :P
