There's Always Peng!

Hello all, the Peng Present Party has been scheduled for the 24th of November which will coincide nicely with potential thanksgiving steam sales.
If anybody would like to raise an issue feel free to do so.

"On the 24th of November all Pengians will send a gift to every one of their fellows. Not only is it a wonderful opportunity to show your boundless generosity but you will also be recieving presents from everybody else! I hope this to be a day of merriment for all involved.

I know that given the opportunity you would all empty your wallets to provide the very best gifts for your pals so I must ask for presents to be limited to £5 or less to prevent anybody going bankrupt."

PS. I am aware that I can just tell you this, but this feels nicer and is a little more organised as I really would like this thing to happen.
