The People's Republic of Dank Memes (P.R.D.M) are a Marxist-Leninist one-party state located on Phallus Atoll in the North Pacific. After Japanese then later American occupation the island resorted to far-left separatism. Funded by the Soviet Union and Cuba, the insurrection proved successful.

Their greatest export are memes, essentially entertainment on the internet but also Marxist propaganda to further their agenda. The United States government has sanctioned P.R.D.M memes from the general population. This has lead to smuggling between P.R.D.M and American cartels.
