He had a community ban a while ago for steam reports for him trying to take keys from people he already owned (has the mouse icon next to his name on the games forum)

it might be true since it's not the first report or ban like this against soldier.

But if there is no proof we can not do anything. "only" accusings are not enough.

If you click his name on a forum and the little arrow appears click view posts and go through his post history you will see how EVERY TIME a thread appers with the words FREE, GIVEAWAY, etc his bot that he has installed automatically makes a post within a few seconds with this emote => as he has a bot to trigger the thread.

ya, i saw it. theoretically possible but it would not violate our rules i guess.since it's more a giveaway rushing and such. Not a scam?

So even if it would be true it does not make him to a scammer. Just to be an unfair person in giveaways. So I am closing this thread now
