you can contact with giveaway owner and ask for re-roll if you didn't use the key/gift.

Steamgifts will ban you if it does not see a game you have won on your account. You'll have a few days to put it back on your account.

If you don't you'll get suspended for a few days and you will find it much harder to get into better giveaways.

So if I were you, I would restore the game onto your account and in the future only enter for games you actually want.
