My favourite loadout I normally use is : Blutsauger - Stock Medigun - Bonesaw /or Amputator - Law (painted lime) - Professor Speks

Alt. Loadout : Stock Syringe Gun - Kritzkrieg - Ubersaw - Law (painted lime) - Professor Speks

Currently, my primary medic loadout is:
Primary: Crusader's Crossbow
Secondary: Stock Medigun/Quik-Fix
Melee: Ubersaw (best in slot)

As for cosmetics:
The Nunhood
Foppish Physician
The Fashionable Megalomaniac Chronoscarf
