No Talking When Dead - lets destroy the enemy

Started as a joke to the folks that chat when in a Comp game when other players are still playing thier rounds.

as the members list grows lets keep in mind that the group remains focused at being friendly and accessable to all players in the group or not. (we are NOT elitist's just goofy fun makers)

1. keep quiet for the players that are still alive during the round, let them play their game. they deserve the chance.

2. no bullying of any kind, not to comment in a negative manner unless it promotes growth and/or friendship, otherwise keep it to yourself.

3. Never Ever make a racist or religious comment ~ too touchy to define so lets leave it at that....
