- Added command console host for reports of which servers are shut down.

- Now using NightGuard Developer Tools Console for launching developer API software.

- Now using silent launch to run all batch files on command.

- Update has been fully applied, sending the same update to the web servers.

With the changes to the old API, the new API now enables more convenient features.

- Console window which reports which servers are firing and which are not.

- Console window which checks and reports which servers are offline and which are online.

- New command line revisions and new tools added to the Binary Developer Tools Console.
