I know this has been a long time coming but issues + being busy delayed it and most people will already know of these changes in game as they have trickled in slowly.

*Gameplay Changes*

Updated WireMod SVN to revision 2535 from revision 2527.
Changed DarkRP SVN to revision 1090 from revision 1025.

*Class Changes*

Removed bodyguard class, unused mostly.
Removed rival gang classes, did nothing for gameplay value.
Added Black Market Dealer class.
Added mod only class for them to work under. Spawns with admin keypad cracker to check doors.

*Weapon Changes*

I think I finally have the Taser fixed. Totally rebuilt from the ground up. 200 range. 10 second recharge time before you can reload. 5 second tase time.
Added SLAM/Tripmine shipment for the Black Market Dealer.
